How many of us have thought that
things would be better if we could just be
the perfect size 8?
10? 12? The perfect ...whatever?
Margaux Laskey’s
one-woman show chronicles
this futile quest for measured perfection
in a
theatrical, sometimes musical and often hysterical
retelling of her journey through obsession and addiction to something like self-acceptance.
A non-linear tale of
her adventures in
body, food, and culture, this show
is
one woman's honest commentary on the
labels, images, and assumptions
we all live with.
written + performed by margaux laskey
directed by steven mcelroy
Winner of the New York Innovative Theater Award
for Outstanding Solo Performance

Facebook - March 28, 20007
Wednesday night, March 28 when Henry Coates from Drew spoke about what kids
are doing on the internet. That program was at 7:30 at the Junior School.
Dear "Facebook" team and others:
What a great program -we had 153 participants and the evaluations look great.
Henry was knowledgeable, relaxed and funny. His evals are great. This program
is so needed and really helps parents see that they aren't powerless against the
forces of "interconnectedness".
Thanks to Jim Sanderson for making all of the technology work last night. The
whole presentation stands or falls on that!
